A core Cream City Foundation obligation to the communities we serve is convening diverse stakeholders and change-makers for robust learning and engagement, to inform and inspire change. Our ultimate goals are to generate shared knowledge and understanding about LGBTQ+ issues and communities, and support long-lasting, creative partnerships for making Milwaukee and the region a healthier and more equitable place.
This conference serves as catalyst for greater access, quality and equity in the design and delivery of healthcare for LGBTQ+ populations in our region. It is an initial response to our LGBTQ+ communities’ expressed priorities and needs, as revealed in recent assessments. By the end of this conference, participants will (1) be better equipped to assure and/or provide competent, quality care to our LGBTQ+ communities; and (2) work more collaboratively to address key health challenges facing LGBTQ+ communities, including persistent disparities.
Breakfast and lunch are provided with registration. The registration fee is generously covered by the conference sponsors.
The Conference is now SOLD OUT. If you wish to be on our waiting list, please email Brett Blomme at firstname.lastname@example.org
