The Cream City Foundation Board of Directors would like to thank Dr. Holbrook for his past two years of service. In his time with us, he helped us spearhead our research project with Marquette University to assess the elevated priorities of LGBTQ+ individuals in Southeastern Wisconsin and solidify what it means for our organization to be a convener. With extremely generous support from many sponsors, he helped bring in an explosive amount of support for our inaugural LGBTQ+ Scholarship program, which touched the lives of 31 students. The program is aligned to have a healthy, even more impactful second year.
While we are sad to see him leave, Cream City Foundation is positioned with great Board leadership to continue our forward momentum. We are in the midst of searching for a new our new President and one of our Board members has so graciously stepped in to assist the staff part time in daily activities until we locate a new leader for our organization.
We have many great projects that we cannot wait to share with you soon. This year, 2017, is the Foundation’s 35th Anniversary, and we are positioned to have our most impactful year yet!
Thanks for all your support,
Cream City Foundation Board Chair
